The Best of 70s Music - The Readers' Choice

I need your help. I want to write an article on the best music of the 1970s. I have my preferences, but I want to know what you listened to back in the day. Lynyrd Skynyrd, Boston, Styx, and Led Zeppelin were some of my personal favorites. What were yours? Simply leave me a comment with your choice of 70s music. I'll look them all over and do a post about the great music from the 70s.

Don't be shy and jump right in! I look forward to your nominees.

Because Toby said so.

  5. Okay Toby....I like all the groups listed in your comments so far but, you can't leave out the "disco hits". All of us old party people might be interested in the following....

Donna Summer, Bee Gees, Gloria Gaynor, Kool & the Gang, KC & the Sunshine Band, Trammps, Chic,
Village People, Michael Jackson, Diana Ross
Barry White/Love Unlimited, Earth, Wind & Fire.

I can go on and on with the "good ole" disco artists.
